How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Shipping orders will usually take between 1-6 business days.

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of placement. You will receive a tracking link to securely monitor the delivery of your package.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

Write us an email and we will analyze each case. Some orders are in pre-order and we cannot cancel them.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping for all orders above 50,00€ within Germany and above 60,00€ internationally.

How can I track my package?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to view the live status of your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver our jewelry worldwide.

Will I need to pay customs and duty fees?

Customs and duty fees are not applied to orders shipped to the EU, UK, and US. For other destinations, tax rates are estimated at checkout. Please consult your local regulations for any potential import duties or additional costs.

Our earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. During holiday periods, we extend the return period to 30 days

Do you offer warranty for your products?

All our products come with a Lifetime Warranty, covering any manufacturing, design, or material defects. Please contact us immediately if you notice any defects. Note that the warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, or other issues not related to manufacturing defects.

How does the warranty work?

If your product is damaged, fades, or fails under normal use, our warranty entitles you to a one-time free replacement of the jewelry. You will only need to cover the shipping costs.
